{"id":21137,"date":"2026-03-27T16:15:59","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T23:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/libresinaloa.edu.mx\/2026\/?p=21137"},"modified":"2026-03-27T16:16:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T23:16:00","slug":"ofrecen-unipol-y-elds-conferencia-sobre-temas-de-funcion-policial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/libresinaloa.edu.mx\/2026\/ofrecen-unipol-y-elds-conferencia-sobre-temas-de-funcion-policial\/","title":{"rendered":"Ofrecen UNIPOL y ELDS Conferencia sobre temas de Funci\u00f3n Policial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la profesionalizaci\u00f3n, sensibilizaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los agentes de seguridad y estudiantes de nivel superior, la Universidad de la Polic\u00eda, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Escuela Libre de Derecho de Sinaloa, llevaron a cabo la conferencia magistral \u201cLa funci\u00f3n policial frente a la Constituci\u00f3n: Est\u00e1ndares internacionales sobre uso de la fuerza y seguridad ciudadana\u201d.\n\nLa conferencia, realizada en el Auditorio J. Antonio Malac\u00f3n de dicha casa de estudios, estuvo a cargo del reconocido Doctor en Derecho, Edgar Corzo Sosa, quien comparti\u00f3 su experiencia ante un auditorio compuesto por Agentes en activo de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora, as\u00ed como de las Unidades de Proximidad Municipal y Estatal, y Estudiantes de la UNIPOL y la ELDS.\n\nLa bienvenida estuvo a cargo del Rector de la Universidad de la Polic\u00eda del Estado de Sinaloa, Mtro. Jos\u00e9 Carlos \u00c1lvarez Ortega, quien destac\u00f3 que el evento estuvo dirigido a Estudiantes de Derecho, Criminal\u00edstica y Ciencias Forenses, Abogados Litigantes y Agentes del Ministerio P\u00fablico, a quienes conmin\u00f3 a integrar estos conocimientos en su labor diaria, enfatizando la necesidad de establecer protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lidos y apegados estrictamente a los derechos humanos.\n\nEn su disertaci\u00f3n, el Dr. Edgar Corzo Sosa enfatiz\u00f3 que la funci\u00f3n policial debe garantizar, ante todo, la legalidad y el profesionalismo, elementos esenciales para salvaguardar tanto la integridad de la ciudadan\u00eda como la de los propios agentes. \n\nEl conferencista aclar\u00f3 que el uso de la fuerza no debe confundirse con violencia, sino entenderse como una herramienta regulada. \u201cUno de los principios b\u00e1sicos cuando se requiere el uso de la fuerza es reducir al m\u00ednimo los da\u00f1os y lesiones, respetando y protegiendo, ante todo, la vida humana\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.\n\nAl cierre del evento, el Rector de la ELDS, Mtro.
