{"id":18972,"date":"2024-12-07T01:57:45","date_gmt":"2024-12-07T01:57:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/libresinaloa.edu.mx\/?p=18972"},"modified":"2024-12-07T01:57:45","modified_gmt":"2024-12-07T01:57:45","slug":"inicia-nueva-edicion-de-la-maestria-en-derecho-fiscal-de-la-edls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/libresinaloa.edu.mx\/2026\/inicia-nueva-edicion-de-la-maestria-en-derecho-fiscal-de-la-edls\/","title":{"rendered":"Inicia Nueva Edici\u00f3n de la Maestr\u00eda en Derecho Fiscal de la EDLS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; La Escuela Libre de Derecho de Sinaloa puso en marcha una nueva edici\u00f3n de la Maestr\u00eda en Derecho Fiscal con una matr\u00edcula de 40 Estudiantes, con el objetivo de formar profesionales con un alto grado de especializaci\u00f3n en el campo del Derecho Fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Para este primer semestre, las materias a impartir son: Derecho Financiero, Teor\u00eda General de la Tributaci\u00f3n, Derecho Tributario Formal: Acciones y Procedimientos de Gesti\u00f3n Tributaria; Impuesto sobre la Renta Personas F\u00edsicas, Impuesto sobre la Renta Personas Morales y&nbsp; Argumentaci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Las c\u00e1tedras estar\u00e1n a cargo de reconocidos especialistas como son la Dra. Margarita Palomino Guerrero, Mtro.
