David Gamaliel Garc\u00eda G\u00e1mez, del programa de Maestr\u00eda en Derecho Fiscal, result\u00f3 ganador del primer lugar en el X Concurso de Investigaci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica dirigido a Alumnas y Alumnos de la Divisi\u00f3n de Estudios de Posgrado de la Escuela Libre de Derecho de Sinaloa y convocados con motivo de los festejos del LI Aniversario de la Fundaci\u00f3n de la Instituci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Se adjudic\u00f3 el premio, a juicio del jurado calificador, gracias a la calidad del trabajo titulado \u201c\u00bfPor una Verdad Universalizable en el Derecho?\u201d presentada bajo el seud\u00f3nimo \u201cMul\u00e1n\u201d, por lo que se hizo acreedor al premio consistente en cinco mil pesos y diploma.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>El acto de premiaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el Sal\u00f3n de Directores de la ELDS, y cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Mtro. Rodolfo Campoy de la Vega, Rector de la Instituci\u00f3n, quien adem\u00e1s de felicitar a ganadores y a participantes, coment\u00f3 que este tipo de cert\u00e1menes contribuyen a promover la investigaci\u00f3n entre nuestros Estudiantes.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>El segundo lugar fue para el Dr. Oth\u00f3n Herrera y Cairo Yarahu\u00e1n, del programa de Doctorado en Derecho, por su trabajo \u201cImportancia de la Definici\u00f3n de la Expresi\u00f3n &#8216;Leyes&#8217; en el Art\u00edculo 30 de la Convenci\u00f3n Americana sobre los Derechos Humanos, para el Estudio de las Normas Penales en Blanco\u201d, el cual present\u00f3 con el seud\u00f3nimo \u201cAlexis de Tocqueville\u201d, y por el cual se hizo acreedor a 3 mil pesos y diploma.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>A su vez, se premi\u00f3 con el tercer lugar al Lic.
